When SABIC required urgent replacement of sampling valves during their shutdown, PPS stepped up to deliver. We supplied two SS316L manual piston sampling valves (3/4” x 1/2" NPT) within a tight timeframe. The valves were produced in just two weeks and delivered to the site within three weeks total, ensuring minimal downtime for our client. Additionally, we provided a complete manufacturing databook as per SABIC’s request, ensuring full traceability and compliance.

For a specialized application at NESTE’s storage tank facility, PPS supplied custom-designed sampling valves with bottle adapters. These valves were entirely designed and manufactured in the USA, incorporating a special Teflon Hat to ensure a perfect fit in the storage tank. To enhance usability, we implemented an extended plunger with a special thread, reducing operating times and making the sampling process more efficient for the client.

A contractor responsible for a storage tank modification project in the Netherlands required a reliable and high-performance sampling valve solution. PPS delivered multiple Strahman SV700 series sampling valves, selected by the end user for its robust construction and superior performance. Despite the project’s demanding schedule, we ensured on-time delivery within three weeks, enabling smooth project execution.
