At PPS International BV, we continue to deliver reliable, high-quality valve solutions to support our clients in critical industrial applications. In this fourth edition of our project highlights, we showcase three recent orders that demonstrate our ability to meet tight deadlines, source specialized products, and provide complete documentation and delivery, all tailored to the needs of each project. One such example is our rapid supply of 10 × DN 50 PERSTA Globe Valves PN 160 for a client in the Turkish energy industry. These valves, featuring butt-weld ends, 1.7335 steel bodies, and stellite-seated trims, were delivered DAP Turkey directly from stock to meet a critical installation schedule. Each valve was supplied with full EN 10204 / 3.1 certification, ensuring complete traceability and compliance. This project highlights PPS’s ability to provide urgent deliveries without compromising on quality or documentation.

Sight Flow Indicators for the Chemical Industry

For a project in the chemical sector in the Netherlands, PPS delivered 2 × 3" ANSI 150 lbs RF Sight Flow Indicators, manufactured in Germany. Each unit was designed for service conditions up to 16 bar / 200 °C, featuring a 1.4408 stainless steel body, borosilicate glass (DIN 7080), and GYLON blue gaskets. With a face-to-face length of 310 mm, these flow indicators allow operators to visually verify fluid movement within the process line, improving operational safety and monitoring reliability. Delivered on time to support the end client’s maintenance schedule, this project underlines PPS’s strength in sourcing precise, high-specification components for process visibility.

Bellows Sealed Valves for a High-Temperature Chemical Application

For a major chemical production facility in the Netherlands, PPS supplied 2 × 8" Bellows-Sealed Globe Valves, Class 300, designed for operation up to +400 °C. Manufactured in Spain, these valves feature A216 WCB (1.0619) bodies and plugs with 13Cr hard-facing, AISI 321 / 316Ti bellows, and graphite packing, ensuring zero-leakage tightness per ASME B16.34 and TA Luft compliance according to ISO 15848-1. Despite the complexity and size of the valves, PPS successfully arranged delivery within 10 working days from order. This project demonstrates PPS’s capacity to meet demanding technical and logistical challenges.
