PPS Project Showcase 03

PPS is pleased to highlight three recent projects, each showcasing our expertise in delivering high-quality valve solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. These projects underscore our ability to meet tight deadlines, provide innovative solutions, and maintain rigorous standards across different industries. The first project involved an order for two custom-made 2" Gate Valves with a parallel slide design, produced in pressure class 900# for a client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These valves were manufactured in just 3 weeks from the date of order and drawing approval, and each came complete with a databook, including test reports and traceability records.

The second project focused on a valve and actuator assembly for Aramco, in another significant project, PPS supplied 6 Globe Valves with an ISO Top platform, fitted with Bettis KEBG-6 actuators for Aramco, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The valves, sized at 8" with pressure class 150# flanges, were produced in LCC body material and trim 16 internals. The actuators were fitted onto the valves in the Netherlands before the complete assembly was tested and prepared for shipment to Saudi Arabia. This project was successfully completed within a 20-week timeline.

The third project involved valves for a high-pressure skid build by our client in the Netherlands. All the valves were manufactured by LVF S.p.A. from Italy. This order included Gate Valves, pressure class 2500# in stainless steel 316L, and Piston Check Valves of the same pressure class and material. The full order was produced within just 16 weeks to meet the project deadline.
